Thank you for shopping with Eienvesa. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

All orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving this email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Issues

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@eienvesa.com with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Eienvesa is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier's tracking information but are lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@eienvesa.com — we will do our best to update the order before it ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
